Ambassador Tolulope Ola is the guest speaker for Council of Minnesotans of African Heritage’s virtual meeting. Dr. Ola will be speaking on the duality of immigration and asking the question, is immigration a risk or protective factor for black African immigrant and refugee mental well-being?
