Community Outreach for Minnesota’s Follow Along Program can help you as you support and track your child’s development through age 3. You are your child’s first teacher and it’s a big job! We’re here to help enroll, answer questions, and offer resources.

There will be snacks and beverages and plenty activities for children that attend! Games, story time, crafts corner, and more!
