To reaffirm global commitment to end trafficking, femicide, and gender-based violence through survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and cross-sector cooperation. A unified global framework where justice meets compassion and every survivor’s story shapes policy and practice.

Establish a Global Framework on Survivor-Centered Justice & Mental-Health Preparedness by 2030.

Promote cross-border data-sharing & resource cooperation.

Advance survivor leadership in decision-making.

4.

Advocate legal recognition of trafficking & femicide as crimes against humanity.

Strengthen funding & partnerships for prevention and reintegration.

6.

Monitor progress annually with Palermo as the coordination hub.
