Dr. Tolulope Monisola Ola is the Founder and Executive Director of Restoration for All Inc; a nonprofit organization with the mission to nurture and empower individuals, organizations, and communities to renew, discover and restore their culture of well-being. She is a Mental Health Practitioner, African Storyteller, and an advocate for cultural healing through mind, body, and spirit practices. She is a Co-chair for the Mental Health and Wellness Action Team of Ramsey County Public Health.

Roseline Eguabor is an award-winning Cultural Mediator and Parenting Expert with over two decades serving migrant communities across Italy. With dual Nigerian and Italian citizenship, she specializes in trafficking survivor support, migrant rights, and cross-cultural integration. Currently at Save the Children Italia Onlus, she has held roles with IOM and co-authored research on migrant health. A U.S. Department of State TIP Hero’s Award recipient (2019), Roseline is a tireless advocate for marginalized women and children.

Prior to joining the county, Reyes had successful tenures at the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office, Wisconsin Department of Justice, Madison Police Department, Madison Department of Civil Rights, Madison’s Mayoral Office and Dane County, Wisconsin.

The departments that make up the Safety and Justice Service Team are the County Attorney’s Office, the Sheriff’s Office, Emergency Communications, Emergency Management & Homeland Security, and the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Whitney is a principal planner within the Office of Justice Programs at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Her role supports legislative and policy priorities for the Office of Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls. There are over 60,000 black women and girls missing in the United States, and black women are more than twice as likely as their peers to be victims of homicide. Whitney seeks to advance safety and equitable life outcomes for black women and girls. Whitney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with concentrations in international relations and criminology (Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia). She has completed executive certificates on sustainability and conservation at Columbia University; social impact at the University of Pennsylvania; sports philanthropy at George Washington University; and disability studies at the University of Vermont, University of Minnesota, and Brown University.

Ana Negrete, Interim Director, Office of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives (MMIR), brings more than 25 years of experience in Juvenile Justice, with a strong background in addressing human trafficking and exploitation. She served for two years as the MMIR Office’s community planner and first hire, collaborating with state agencies on MMIR risk factors and working directly with affected families to coordinate searches, connect them to services, and navigate law enforcement and justice systems. Negrete is connected with the Otomi tribe of Central Mexico and her Hunka family, the Black Horse Camp of the Prairie Island Indian Community.

Thaila Poli is a Field Associate with UNHCR Italy, currently coordinating protection activities in Sicily and Lampedusa along the Central Mediterranean migration route. With more than a decade of experience in international protection, humanitarian action, and human rights, she has worked extensively on refugee protection, mixed migration, search and rescue contexts, and gender-based violence (GBV) response. Since joining UNHCR in 2016, she has held protection and legal roles in different sea arrival locations in Southern Italy, supporting authorities and humanitarian actors to strengthen protection systems and ensure timely identification and referral of individuals with specific needs. Prior to UNHCR, she worked with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid Department (ECHO), and several international human rights organizations. Thaila holds advanced degrees in International Law from the University of Florence, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and the Geneva Academy, and is particularly committed to survivor-centered, community-based, and gender-responsive protection approaches.

Hunter Beckstrom (he/him) is the Prevention Program Coordinator at the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault. Since joining in 2020, Hunter has focused on developing community-level, primary prevention strategies that are rooted within approaches of anti-oppression. Hunter strives to uplift and build capacity for the diverse and comprehensive prevention projects MNCASA members are implementing throughout the state. He also demonstrates how direct services providers can embed prevention efforts into their response. Hunter has been a part of the anti-violence movement since 2015 when pursuing his bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. He has also received a Master’s degree in Gender & Women’s Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Taniece Temple holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and Forensic Psychology, expected Spring 2028. Taniece is the founder and president of Pretty Loved & Destined, a nonprofit empowering girls through mentorship, education, and leadership development. As a survivor and educator, she speaks nationally and internationally on human trafficking, exploitation prevention, resilience, advocacy, and survivor-informed solutions. Her mission is to inspire communities, strengthen systems, and equip professionals, youth, and families with practical tools for prevention, healing, and hope. Through authentic storytelling and professional expertise, she challenges audiences to recognize warning signs, champion justice, protect vulnerable individuals, and create lasting change through collaboration, compassion, courageous leadership, and unwavering service for every child, survivor, family, and community she serves.

Caitlin graduated from Bemidji State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Following her studies, she dedicated herself to service through AmeriCorps and the U.S. Peace Corps in Thailand. In March 2024, Caitlin joined the Minnesota Department of Health, bringing with her five years of experience working with survivors of human trafficking at a non-profit in Bemidji, MN. Her expertise also includes significant work with Native American youth, current and former foster youth, and shelter/housing initiatives.

Sophia Maceda works for the Minnesota Department of Health’s Human Trafficking Prevention and Response Program. As the Training and Projects Coordinator, she facilitates and coordinates training and technical assistance as well as multi-disciplinary events for Safe Harbor and Labor Trafficking community-based grantees, government and systems professionals and partners, and others. She also supports various projects related to human trafficking prevention and response in the state. Sophia is a certified victim advocate whose background includes over 10 years of providing advocacy and support to youth and adults impacted by sexual violence, exploitation and human trafficking.

Dr. (Mrs.) Margaret Fagboyo is a multi-disciplinary development practitioner specializing in international development, gender mainstreaming, and institutional partnerships. She founded the Inclusive Pathway Development Initiative (IPADEV), and previously served as Director of Development at Centre LSD and Special Adviser to the Ekiti State Governor on Development Partnerships and SDGs. She held senior roles at DFID/FCDO, including Coordinator for Regional Programs. She holds an MPA from the University of Lagos, a First Degree from the University of Ado Ekiti, and an Honorary Doctorate from Charisma University. Her honors include a UN Distinguished Leadership Award and multiple institutional fellowships. She is a mother of three.

Abimbola Solanke, FCIM, MSM, is a public health, governance, and sustainable development leader with over 20 years of experience across Nigeria and the UK. She currently serves as a Member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly (Moba Constituency I) and Chairman of its Health & Human Resources Committee, having previously been Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on SDGs. She holds roles at the Funmi Adunni Olayinka Diagnostic & Wellness Centre and Evergreen Health Consult, and founded the Bola Solanke Foundation. She holds a master’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Westminster, plus an honorary doctorate from Yahweh Hills University.

Treye Kettwick is an Assistant Ramsey County Attorney currently assigned to the Minnesota Human Trafficking Investigators Task Force at the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.  In that role, he prosecutes all sex and labor trafficking offenses out of Ramsey County, coordinates with partners throughout the state of Minnesota on trafficking-related issues and provides education on various sex and labor trafficking topics.  Kettwick has worked in criminal prosecution for over 17 years and serves as an adjunct faculty member with the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
