The 2026 World Summit brings together survivors, advocates, researchers, policymakers, and community leaders from across the globe to Minnesota for four days of learning, healing, and collective action. Hosted by Restoration for All, Inc. (REFA), this summit centers survivor voices while building the knowledge and coalitions needed for lasting change.

Global perspectives and cross-national coalitions working toward unified policy and survivor-centered solutions.

Building justice.

Accountability frameworks, legal reform advocacy, and community-based justice that addresses root causes.

Centering survivors.

Trauma-informed programming that honors lived experience and places survivor leadership at the forefront.

Official opening, land acknowledgment, survivor testimony, and keynote presentations from featured speakers on the global state of human trafficking, femicide, and gender-based violence

Afternoon session — panel discussions & workshops

Breakout panels and skill-building workshops. Topics to include survivor-centered advocacy, trauma-informed practice, and legal frameworks for GBV response. (Specific sessions TBC)

Dr. Tolulope Ola
Founder & Executive Director

Restoration for All, Inc. (REFA)

Dr. Tolulope Monisola Ola is the Founder and Executive Director of Restoration for All Inc; a nonprofit organization with the mission to nurture and empower individuals, organizations, and communities to renew, discover and restore their culture of well-being. She is a Mental Health Practitioner, African Storyteller, and an advocate for cultural healing through mind, body, and spirit practices. She is a Co-chair for the Mental Health and Wellness Action Team of Ramsey County Public Health.

Tamara D. Mattison
Anti-trafficking advocate & speaker

Safe Communities, Hennepin County, MN, USA

Dr. Tamara Mattison has a PhD in Organizational Management & Leadership, serves as Senior Administrative Manager for Hennepin County Safe Communities. With a distinguished career in social services and nonprofit leadership, Dr. Mattison previously held the role of Assistant Divisional Social Service Director at the Salvation Army Northern Division. She is the owner and principal consultant of Generation 2 Generation, Inc., and Executive Director of Salt, Light, & Love: Restoring Hope and Imagining Justice, a nonprofit dedicated to advocacy and community restoration.

Roseline Eguabor
Panelist & presenter

Save the Children Italia Onlus

Roseline Eguabor is an award-winning Cultural Mediator and Parenting Expert with over two decades serving migrant communities across Italy. With dual Nigerian and Italian citizenship, she specializes in trafficking survivor support, migrant rights, and cross-cultural integration. Currently at Save the Children Italia Onlus, she has held roles with IOM and co-authored research on migrant health. A U.S. Department of State TIP Hero’s Award recipient (2019), Roseline is a tireless advocate for marginalized women and children.
